Owing to the telegram from
忠淸道觀察使 that has
accumulated in great researches
at 報恩忠淸道, 300 soldiers
have been sent to 淸州 from
京城 the day before yesterday.
also it is succored that more
soldiers will be dispatched.
It is desirable to keep
八重山艦 until further.
aspect of affairs becomes
clearer, but there is at present
no apprehension of any
occurrence ▣ immediately.
