聞ク處ニヨレバ東學黨ハ安東近傍ニ三千人其他
諸所ニ群起シ在台寸我兵站部襲擊スルノ擧
動顯ハル而シテ同所ヨリ狀況視察ノ爲メ派遣シタル副
官ハ昨日該黨ノ爲メニ殺害サレタルモノノ如シ故ニ釜 山浦朝鮮官吏經由慶尙道觀察使ヘ照會シ
該黨ニ對シ何分ノ處分アリタキ旨請求シ且ツ大鳥公
重立タル暴行者ノ逮捕方及暴民鎭撫
ノ爲メ朝鮮兵ヲ派遣スル樣慶尙道觀察
使ヘ訓令アル樣朝鮮政府ヘ請求アラン事ヲ申
置ケリ然ラザレバ我兵站部ニ於テ▣
▣逮捕及鎭撫方ヲ自ラセザルヲ得ザルニ至ル
